The Basics

​7-Day Return Window: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

​Original Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging.

​Unboxing Video (Mandatory): For your protection, please record an unedited video while opening your package. This is required to process claims for damaged or incorrect items.

​How it Works

​Start Your Request: Email us at  hello.nilex@gmail.com within the 7-day window with your order number and unboxing video.

​Inspection: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it. If it meets our criteria, we will process your refund.

​Refund Delivery: Your refund will be sent to your original payment method.

    Online Payments:
        2–5 working days.
   ​Credit Card Statements:                            May take 5–10 business days to appear.

​Important Notes.

Minor colour variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen display settings are natural and shall not be considered valid reasons for return or refund.

Returns may be declined if the product is found to be used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.

Nile-X reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange requests that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
