To initiate a return or refund request, customers must provide a mandatory and uninterrupted unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened from the beginning. The video must visibly capture the shipping label, package condition, and the product received without any cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.
Return or refund requests submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any condition. This policy is implemented to prevent fraudulent claims and ensure fair verification of issues related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.
Products eligible for returns or refunds must remain unused and in their original packaging condition. NiLE-X reserves the right to reject return or refund requests if the product shows signs of usage, damage caused after delivery, missing packaging contents, or failure to comply with our return requirements.
